Dell creates technological awareness through Government Connect Conference

To understand the government’s perspectives on challenges and pain-points, as well as to highlight the emergence and widespread adoption of new technologies, including Cloud, Data Center and Mobility solutions, Dell has conducted a Government Connect Conference in Lucknow. The year-long series, themed “Future-ready IT, for Future-ready Government”, is a joint initiative with CMR, the ICT, ESDM and Lifesciences industry marketing services company. The Lucknow event aims to create a system where there is no physical interface between citizens and government offices and all services are delivered at the doorsteps. A survey “IT Pulse” was conducted before the conference, to understand the pain-points, issues and challenges stakeholders being faced in adopting technology. Foxconn in talks with Telangana govt. to build first iPhone plant in India

The Apple iPhone makers, Foxconn Technology has gone for further meetings with the Indian government to set up an exclusive manufacturing plant for Apple iPhone. Gionee has introduced its new range, Elife E8 and a second Marathon M5 cell phone in Beijing and China. The Elife E8 has an astounding 24 megapixel back camera and can deliver photos up to 120 MP resolutions. It is the first Android cell phone to accompany “loss-less” zoom that will keep up picture quality regardless of the fact that the user keeps the zoom at 3X. It also has 8 megapixels of front camera.
