Kingmax rolls out ED-01 USB 3.0 Flash Drive

Google search detects infected computers

Routine maintenance on one of the technology giant's data centers revealed unusual traffic from computers infected with a form of malicious software, according to Google security engineer Damian Menscher. The traffic was sent to Google through intermediary computer servers referred to as "proxies." We hope that by taking steps to notify users whose traffic is coming through these proxies, we can help them update their antivirus software and remove the infections. The Galaxy Tab 10.1, the sequel of the 7-inch Tab introduced in October, is the latest push by the company to challenge the iPad. Apple's iPad sold 14 million units in the first half of this year, compared with analysts' sales estimates of about 7.5 million for the Tab for 2011, the iPad's biggest competitor. The sale of the Tab in Korea is Samsung's fifth global launch after its U.S. debut a month ago and its sales kickoff in Indonesia, where the company says it commands a 65 percent market share. Fujitsu launches new SPI FRAMs in 0.18µm Technology

FRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory) combines the advantages of fast writing SRAM with non-volatile Flash into one device. The new SPI FRAM family MB85RSxxx incorporates three devices: MB85RS256A, MB85RS128A and MB85RS64A, which represent three density levels of 256Kbit, 128Kbit and 64Kbit, respectively. All devices operate at a voltage range between 3.0 and 3.6V and provide an endurance of 10 billion write/read cycles as well as data retention of 10 years at 55degree centrigate. Operating frequency has been significantly increased to a maximum of 25MHz, and since FRAM products render voltage boosters unnecessary for the writing process, they are well suited for low-power applications.
