Trump banned on Facebook & Instagram for at least next two weeks:  Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg   has via his platform made an announcement that   Donald Trump   will be blocked from using both Facebook and Instagram “for at least the next two weeks until the peaceful transition of power is complete.” The step taken, temporarily on Wednesday was following Trump’s posting of content that incited his followers to violence, but now Zuckerberg says the ban is extended “indefinitely,” extending at least until Biden takes over as President.   Trump’s video post on both Facebook and Instagram were removed yesterday, in which the president called for rioters who laid siege to the Capitol building in Washington to go home - but in which he also said “we love you” to the same violent terrorists. Nykaa may come up with an IPO this year:  The beauty startup company, Nykaa   is planning for an initial public offering this year. As per the people familiar with this matter, this may value the company at a minimum $3 billion.   According to the sources, the  founder of the company Falguni Nayar  is working with advisers to prepare for the share sale in Mumbai. Nykaa is leaning toward a domestic listing, though an overseas share sale is also under consideration, said the sources.   Deliberations are ongoing and details of the offering including the size and timeline could change, the people said.   Nykaa was founded in the year 2012 and the platform offers over 1,200 brands ranging from makeup, skincare to health supplements and hair dryers.   Nykaa counts TPG and Indian tycoon Sunil Munjal’s family office Hero Enterprise among its backers. Ticketmaster agrees to pay $10 million as fine for hacking a rival Company:  Ticketmaster   must pay a hefty $10 million fine after several employees utilized unlawfully obtained passwords to hack a rival company’s computer systems - in attempts to “choke off” its business.   This co-conspirator illegally retained credentials from the rival firm, which he and other Ticketmaster executives then used to hack into the victim company’s systems. From there, they were able to monitor the company’s draft ticketing web pages, allowing them to find out which artists planned to use the rival company to sell tickets.
