iBall Andi launches Android-based 4a Projector Smartphone 
Understanding the needs of fast-moving life, iBall Andi has announced the launch of its 35 Lumens Projector Smartphone. iBall Andi 4a Projector with its technology is expected to meet the business needs and entertainment needs of customers. This smartphone with its 35 lumens projector will allow the user to beam videos, photos and movies.

Running on Android version Jelly Bean 4.1, Andi 4a Projector comes with 8MP auto focus camera, 3G video calling with capacitive touchscreen. It is also bundled with a tripod stand on which the phone can be clipped providing you stability to enjoy your movie or presentation for hours without hindrance.

With the powerful dual-core 1Ghz Cortex A9 processor at its heart, this smartphone is backed up by a 1500 mAh battery, 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage expandable up to 32GB. The connectivity options of this phone include GPS/A-GPS capabilities, 3G connectivity and Wi-Fi.  It also houses Dual-SIM with dual standby and supports quad band for better connectivity.

DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery. The favourable impact of M2M on job creation had already set in as seen by the arrival of the first set of start-ups in the areas such as agriculture, smart cities, healthcare and water management.” She stressed that NTP 2018 would be transformative in harnessing the full benefits of M2M communications.
