Tata Docomo 'Roam Free' plan

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   Tata Docomo has introduced 'Roam Free' plan for its existing and new GSM and CDMA pre-paid customers across India. The Company has claimed that the customers recharging with Rs. 46 are supposed to enjoy free incoming roaming anywhere across the country on Tata Docomo's network under this plan. Also all the calls will be charged at 1.20 paise/second. IT saying 'Yes' to BYOD

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   Cisco has announced findings from the Cisco IBSG Horizons Study of 600 U.S. IT and business leaders that shows IT is accepting, and in some cases embracing, BYOD as a reality in the enterprise. The study also shows some of the quantifiable benefits and complexities associated with allowing employees to use their own mobile devices on their employer's networks. Cisco also highlighted 'Smart Solutions' for the enterprise and opportunities for service providers to help customers and end users.   The study found most organizations are now enabling "Bring Your Own Device" in the enterprise, with a staggering 95% of respondents saying their organizations permit employee-owned devices in some way, shape or form in the workplace.
