Delhi gets first Technical University for Women

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, Sheila Dikshit  has inaugurated first University in the country for Women students who want to pursue higher education in the field of technology and research. The University has been named  Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTU) ,  created after the upgradation of what was previously the Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology. The University has opened courses for women students who have B.Tech, M.Sc. or MCA degrees and are looking to pursue research in the field of technology and innovation. Smt.
