Launched globally on April 27, the phone is estimated to be selling at the rate of four units per second. The GALAXY S4 sets a new record for Samsung, generating sales quicker than any of its predecessors. Sales of the GALAXY S III reached the 10-million mark 50 days after its launch in 2012, while the GALAXY S II took five months and the GALAXY S seven months to reach the same milestone. Based on in-depth interviews with top security leaders and CIOs from various industry verticals in the country, the study sought to understand the characteristics and challenges of current security threats. It also outlined what the industry needs to do to develop forward-leaning security capabilities to guard against ever-evolving cyber threats. The study revealed that the current generation of security capabilities implemented by organizations in India can protect them from traditional threats, but might not be enough to address the ever-evolving threat landscape.
