HCL launches numerous Multi-Brand Service Centres in India
VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE As a part of its Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiative, HCL Care, the support and service division of HCL Infosystems , has announced the launch of multiple HCL Touch Centres across various cities in India. HCL Touch Centres will offer a wide range of quality services for multiple products and brands. Aimed at creating an organized play in the retail service provider market, HCL Touch Centres will offer one-stop solution to all servicing needs for mobility, IT and consumer electronics and Home Appliances products across brands. Starting with 8 centres in Delhi-NCR, this D2C project will gradually expand across Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III cities in India.
