Aircel aims to set up 500 Stores by mid-2015
VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE Aircel has observed that these stores are extremely convenient touch points where customers can get access to a variety of services. Hence, it has embarked on a strong retail footprint to enable retailers to extend support and convenience to the customers. Keeping this in mind, Aircel has expanded its retail footprint across the country by setting up 200 XPRESS Stores . These XPRESS Stores are based on the FOFO (Franchisee-Owned Franchisee-Operated) model and will exclusively provide Aircel’s products and services, new connections, recharges and top-ups, resolution of customer queries, assistance and support to all new and existing Aircel customers. Furthermore, Aircel plans to increase the number up to 500 by the middle of next year to expand across India.
