Intel celebrates excellence in ICT Integration for Education

Intel has felicitated various schools, teachers and students who have demonstrated exceptional performance in ICT integration in school curriculum. Union Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal felicitated eight schools, eight teachers, twelve students and six regions across India to acknowledge innovative teaching-learning practices adopted by them. The winners spanned across cities like Lucknow, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chandigarh and Pune. Dell India Leadership Team undergoes Changes

Dell India is incorporating some changes in its leadership team, primarily with new leaders for its Large Enterprise (LE) business unit. Sameer Garde, who has been the Dell India country head and led Dell's LE business for the last about 18 months since the company's reorganization into a customer-centric BU structure, will continue to lead as the country manager for Dell India, but his role gets extended as he takes on as the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) Director for Services Sales and Marketing. Polycom announces Partnership with Microsoft

For managing and monitoring custom applications, VMware has launched SpringSource Hyperic 4.4 solution. In integration with VMware vCenter Server, Hyperic 4.4 maintains a continually updated inventory of VMware vSphere ESXi and ESX hosts, enabling IT Administrators to pinpoint, correct and prevent application performance problems occurring across physical, virtual and private cloud infrastructures.
