Ricoh India launches solutions to boost office productivity

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   Aimed at enhancing office productivity by integrating solutions in Document Management, IT Services and Communications,  Ricoh India has announced the launch of the new 360° experience, which is a unique exposition of cutting-edge technologies. Ricoh also announced that they are firmly on plans to achieve their goal of Rs.1,000-crore revenue in FY14 (March ending of 2014), recording a CAGR of over 50% in the last three years. The key growth drivers include laser printers, IT Services and Managed Document services, among others. Dimension Data completes NextiraOne's acquisition

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   According to the latest announcement,  Dimension Data  has acquired certain subsidiaries of  NextiraOne  for over 43,000 private and public sector clients throughout Europe. Effective immediately, the two-part transaction will see Dimension Data acquire NextiraOne’s businesses and its 1,850 permanent employees in Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and the United Kingdom. Dimension Data has also undertaken to acquire NextiraOne’s operations in France and Italy in mid-2015, subject to the achievement of certain performance conditions. Dimension Data has not disclosed what it paid for NextiraOne.
