Intel Security Group appoints Venkat Krishnapur as Head of Operations

Intel Security Group (ISecG) has roped in Venkat Krishnapur as Head of Operations for its India Engineering Centre. In his new role, Venkat will lead R&D and innovation effort in India, by leading a team of over 1,000 R&D engineers as well as continue to maintain his role as Head of Consumer Engineering at ISecG India. He replaces Anand Prahlad who has moved on from Intel Security to pursue other career interests. Venkat possesses over three decades of work experience in the field of technology and has been associated with McAfee’s India Engineering Center for more than 12 years now. He joined McAfee (now Intel Security) in 2003 and since then has been at the forefront of building both Consumer and Enterprise teams.
