PTC expands Solution Portfolio for Service Organizations

The acquisition broadens PTC's portfolio of solutions for product support and service organizations, and supports PTC's vision for solutions that span both product and service lifecycles. 4CS was privately-held and terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed. Yahoo names Tim Morse Interim Chief Executive

Morse would continue to meet the responsibilities of his current role as Yahoo Chief Financial Officer. Yahoo claimed that it is commencing a search for a permanent Chief Executive Officer and will work with an executive search firm to help identify candidates for the position very soon.
