Kaspersky unveils New Version of Security Pack Pure 3.0

Global connected device market to reach $814.3 Billion by 2017

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   According to the latest report generated by  IDC , the global sale of connected devices including smartphones, tablets and PCs is expected to surpass 2.2 billion units and touch revenues of $814.3 billion by 2017.  Bob O'Donnell, IDC Programme Vice-President (Clients and Displays) , said, "Consumers and business buyers are now starting to see smartphones, tablets and PCs as a single continuum of connected devices separated primarily by screen size.” The IDC report has also revealed that the portable PC sale will grow to 240.9 million units in 2017 from 202 million units in 2012. HID Global and RedCloud join forces

Idea launches 3G Smartphone Aurus 2 in India

Aurus 2 is a stylish, Dual-SIM phone, powered with a 1 GHz processor and offers video-calling facility. The new 3G smartphone from Idea, which at Rs.6,490, is targeted at existing 2G users who wish to upgrade to 3G in semi-urban and rural markets, across the country. HCL Infosystems wins Laptop Order from Chhattisgarh Government

HCL Infosystems has been selected for the  Government of Chhattisgarh project  - Free Distribution of Laptops to final year engineering and medical students of the Government-aided and private colleges across the state. The project is part of the  Chhattisgarh Yuva Suchna Kranti Yojana  started by the  Chhattisgarh State Government  with special initiative of  Hon.
