Brocade VADC solution leveraged by Atomy

Brocade’s virtual Application Delivery Controller (VADC) solution has been leveraged by South Korean beauty and wellness direct-selling company Atomy to support its rapid global expansion. With the Brocade Virtual Traffic Manager (VTM) in place, Atomy has been able to increase its international market footprint, handling a steep rise in transactions without impacting its physical network even when the number of members accessing its online mall has tripled. “Reliable, 24/7 operation of our online mall is critical to the business and, due to our high rate of growth, we’d reached the limits of our existing Layer 4 load-balancing switches. The Brocade vTM is in a different league in terms of its capability and, as software running on virtual machines, it gives us on-demand capacity to cope with spikes in traffic from members accessing the mall. HP empowers print service providers to explore new business opportunities

At Pamex 2015, HP has showcased its flagship HP Indigo 10000 Digital Press along with other printers and presses from its Indigo, Latex and DesignJet portfolio. The company has also planned a slew of activities to engage and educate the Print service providers (PSPs) involved in general commercial printing and labels and packaging helping them explore the immense possibilities with HP’s digital print technology and provide increased value to their end-customers through unique application and improved automation. The latest enhancements for the HP Indigo 10000 include additional ElectroInk inks, including white, light cyan, light magenta and spot colours, and HP Indigo Enhanced Productivity Mode (EPM), which eliminates black via three-colour printing and enables an increase in colour printing output by 33 per cent. Amazon opens seven new Fulfilment Centres for seller and customer benefits

To meet the growing needs of fast-growing seller base in the country, Amazon.in has announced that it has invested in seven new Fulfilment Centres (FCs). New FCs have been opened in Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Nagpur, Gurgaon, Pune and Mumbai.  With the launch of these new FCs, Amazon now has 20 FCs operational across 10 states in India, covering a total area of over 1.6-million sq. ft. with a storage capacity of nearly four million cubic feet. The FCs will allow Amazon.in to offer its Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) service to thousands of small and medium businesses in these states and empower them to gain access to and service customers across the country at significantly low operating costs. Fortinet has announced that Muthoot Fincorp has deployed its FortiGate network security platform, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer centralized management and reporting appliances to secure its data center and network of over 3,800 branches.
