Rashi emerging as a strong relationship oriented firm: Survey

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   Rashi Peripherals has recently authorized GfK India to conduct a satisfaction survey among Rashi Peripheral's channel partners. The purpose of the survey was to identify and validate process compliance and devise an action plan for Rashi's future growth and improve areas and partner perception in each of the Rashi Peripherals' branch offices. The findings of the survey highlighted that Rashi is emerging as a strong relationship oriented organization with high scores on channel friendliness and partner involvement. More than two thirds of the partners would recommend Rashi to other partners and Rashi was quoted “Very Good” in overall performance by over 50 % channel partners.36 % partners quoted “Good” for Rashi. NEC expands its service portfolio

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   NEC Corporation has announced that it is providing wireless systems for the Electric trains operated by Odakyu Electric Railway (Odakyu) and this Software-Defined Radio (SDR) equipped systems are scheduled to be fully operational by July 2016.  The SDR adopted by this system utilizes globally standardized Software Communication Architecture (SCA). These wireless systems will share specifications between different railway operators as part of minimizing the amount of equipment required for a trains wireless systems and ensuring their efficient operation. These systems will thus enable different railway operators to use a single wireless device and facilitates an easier shift from existing analog systems to digital systems, which support superior audio and data transmissions. WeChat celebrates V Day with users

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   In a unique Valentine's Day initiative, Tencent has created 15.5 x 15.5 feet QR code cake at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon on Valentine’s Day to promote  WeChat .  Chef M. Mustafa of Bon-Bon bakery took 14 hours to prepare this QR code cake. It occupied an area of 240.5 square feet on the ground floor, and was getting scanned by smartphones. On scanning the cake, visitors were able to download the WeChat app on their smartphones, and two lucky couples got a chance to cut the huge cake. Other visitors also enjoyed a piece of the cake with their spouse and close friends on Valentine’s Day. Rahul Razdan of WeChat India, said, “With this initiative, we are happy that WeChat created the country’s biggest QR code pattern, which visitors in the mall could scan and download WeChat on their smartphones.
