Broadcom implements New Wireless Connectivity Chips

Broadcom Corporation has announced two new connectivity chips in its automotive portfolio. Broadcom’s automotive-grade wireless chips, featuring the latest in 5G WiFi and Bluetooth Smart technology, enable car makers and tier one integrators to keep pace with the speed and growth of consumer electronics and Internet of Things (IoT) industry. The new solutions deliver high-speed connectivity within and beyond the vehicle, providing Internet, cloud applications and entertainment content via telematics or hot spot connections. AMD Graphics makes Baahubali into a Big Screen Wonder

AMD has announced that Arka Mediaworks used AMD FirePro W8100 GPUs, AMD FirePro W9100 GPUs and other AMD technologies to bring the motion picture Baahubali to life. Directed by acclaimed film maker S.S. Rajamouli, Baahubali tells the tale of two brothers who find themselves at odds over a kingdom passed down from their father. Su-Kam builds 100 KWp Rooftop Solar PV power plant in Jaipur

Su-Kam Power Systems Limited has installed a 100 kWp Grid-Tie Rooftop Solar PV power plant in the Clay Craft (India) Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur. The 100 kWp Grid-Tie Rooftop Solar PV power plant will generate approximately 1, 40,000 units of electricity, propelling a savings of nearly Rs. 9, 10,000 annually. Su-Kam has been given the overall responsibility of designing, supplying, testing and commissioning of the solar power plant. The entire system consists of two string inverters of 50 KW each and 400 solar PV panels of 250 watt each. The power generated from the solar system will meet part of Clay Craft’s energy requirements to run heavy machineries like furnaces, printers, air conditioners, computers etc. The surplus energy required will be fulfilled by the energy supplied through the utility. Looking at the benefits of a solar plant, Clay Craft has decided to install another 100 KWp at the same site. Work is already under progress to achieve this target... Read more
