Airtel launches Pay Per Second Plan for Prepaid Subscribers

Bharti Airtel has declared that it will move all its prepaid mobile customers to the more affordable per second bill plan nationally. “Pay For What You Use” initiative as part of the company’s “Customer First” commitment, this will help ensure that customers pay only for the time they use the Airtel network. HID Global has expanded its iCLASS SE platform with long-range ultra-high-frequency (UHF) solutions that provide new options for opening doors and parking gates from a distance. The addition of long-range  iCLASS SE readers and credentials enable organizations to combine parking gate and door access control on a single card. Spectrum sharing guidelines to be out this month

Rakesh Garg, Chairman, Telecom Commission & Secretary (Dept of Telecom), Ministry of Communications & IT, Government of India, while addressing the CII Telecom Convergence Summit organized by CII in the national capital has shared that the Government has finalized the spectrum sharing guidelines and will notify the same in a few days while the spectrum trading rules, which are also in the last phase of finalization will be shared by the end of this month. “Our Government’s objective is to enable mobile operators to utilize / sell the excess available airwaves in a better way and to check the call drop issue.
