ADATA to showcase Products at CES

Sony unveils New Projectors

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE Sony has announced the availability of two new ultra-short throw projectors - VPL-SW535 projector (WXGA resolution) and VPL-SX535 projector (XGA resolution), with each delivering 3,000 lumens. "The extremely short projection capability is ideal where space is a constraint. It not only allows presenters to stand in front of the screen, but the new projectors are cost-efficient in terms of energy consumption and installation," said Tsuyoshi Nagata, GM, Presentation Display, Professional Solutions Company (PSAP), Sony Electronics Asia Pacific. VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE Yahoo Inc. has named Scott Thompson as its new Chief Executive Officer. The move comes in almost after the exit of the last CEO. Yahoo has claimed that Scott Thompson will assume the new role on January 9, when interim CEO Tim Morse resumes his prior role as Chief Financial Officer. Honeywell releases Vuquest 3310g

They have claimed to grossly underestimate the demand for this 7 inch resistive touchscreen tablet with a measly 366 MHz processor. Within 14 days, 14 lakh orders (1.4 million) have been placed online, which is a lakh orders per day. According to market buzz, Datawind does not have the necessary manufacturing capacity nor the necessary logistics and supply chain to fulfill this demand. Currently, they have one manufacturing plant in Hyderabad. It is believed that to fulfill the 14 lakh orders that have been placed so far, it is said to take 70 days. Akamai is believed to provide a secure platform over which businesses can engage users across the Web, mobile, cloud, or a mix of public and private network environments, helping to mitigate the challenges of operating in a hyperconnected world. Cotendo is said to offer an integrated suite of Web and mobile acceleration services.
