VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE The survey, sponsored by RSA, was the third survey conducted by CyLab Adjunct Distinguished Fellow, Jody Westby, and comparisons with the 2008 and 2010 data clearly show ongoing gaps in governance. Using the Forbes Global 2000 list, the 2012 survey represents the first analysis of cyber governance postures of major corporations around the world. One of the most important advance findings is that boards and senior management still are not engaging in key oversight activities. Even though there are some improvements in key "regular" board governance practices, less than one-third of the respondents indicate their boards and senior executives are undertaking basic responsibilities for cyber governance. RCom redeems FCCBs

(Rs.5,825 crore at the US$ exchange rate of Rs.49.30) to make the largest-ever redemption of all the outstanding Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) from the US$1,000 million issued in February 2007 and due on March 1, 2012. The redemption amount is inclusive of the premium of 27.69%. The Company has made payment to the Principal Agent of FCCB – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch. The paid-up equity capital of the Company will remain unchanged post redemption of these FCCBs. Accordingly, Reliance Communications will be not required to allot 6,17,25,849 equity shares of Rs.5 each arising out of the potential conversion of the said FCCBs. It is a phone that lets users to cast content directly onto walls using its built-in projector. The Samsung Galaxy Beam was first launched in Singapore in July 2010, although the feature of a built-in pico projector did little to propel the handset up the popularity charts. Almost two years down the line, Samsung reckons the time is right to revisit the prospect, pitching a refreshed Galaxy Beam to the rest of the world. The Beam now packs a 4in, 480 x 800 display and a 1GHz dual-core processor running Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
