India to wait for Dell streak 10 Pro

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE Dell has launched its first 25.4-cm (10-inch) tablet in China, but India has to wait for the device for some time. The new tablet from Dell is based on Android and directly competes with devices like the iPad 2 and several other 10-inch tablets already available in the market. According to market report, the Dell India spokesperson confirmed the future availability of this device in India but did not give any concrete date as to when it would be launched in the country and hinted that the Dell Streak 10 Pro is expected to be launched in India later this year or by early next year. The Dell Streak 10 Pro has an Nvidia Tegra 2 dual core processor running at 1GHz with a 1GB or RAM for speedy operations. It offers 16 GB of internal storage with an expansion slot supporting 32GB more memory. It has got a 5 MP rear camera along with a 2 MP front camera for video conferencing. Facebook tells users to turn off photo recognition

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE Facebook has made it easier for users to opt out of its controversial facial-recognition technology for photographs, an effort to address concerns that it had violated consumers' privacy. The deployment of "Tag Suggestions" technology - designed to speed up the process of labeling friends in photos - had renewed concerns about how the world's largest social network with 750 million members handles privacy. The technology scans newly uploaded photos, compares faces in those snapshots with previous pictures, then tries to match faces and suggest name tags.
