VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE Four Soft has announced that its global Customs Compliance application 4S eCustoms has been officially certified by the US customs & Border Protection (USCBP). This certification has been successfully processed through Four Soft USA. According to CBP, any software application that interfaces with the US Customs & Border Protection ABI application to file Customs entries must pass a certification test defined by CBP. For software vendors, this entails a rigorous exercise that tests both the software and the user to apply the complex business and regulatory rules to report the value, origin, duty obligations, and other details for 100 unique importation scenarios.
