This will lead to reduction of travel and communication cost by 15% and 35% annually, respectively.  KPIT Cummins integrated Microsoft Lync (Instant messenger, Live meeting, Group Chat), MS Exchange 2010, Outlook 2010 and IP Telephony running on CISCO Call Manager so that users can see presence and interact using single interface. KPIT employees can call from anywhere using their IM, take part in the Live meeting from anywhere using their laptop.
