Flipkart is all set to host its Big Billion Days sale from October 3 2021:  The popular e-commerce platform   Flipkart   will be starting its   The Big Billion Days sale on October 3 . As part of the sale, several smartphones will be available with steep discounts. Additionally,   Axis Bank   and   ICICI Bank   debit and credit cardholders can get an additional 10% instant discount.   The homegrown e-commerce giant, now controlled by Walmart, however, now advancing the opening date to October 3 and the sale will now end on October 10   In a communication to employees,  Flipkart Group CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy  said TBBD is critical for lakhs of sellers as they continue to strive to revitalise their businesses after the pandemic and noted that the event also generates a massive scale of employment across the supply chain - helping make "the festivities a reality for numerous households".... Various Bank Union and Political parties to join the Bharat Bandh on 27th Sept:  The   Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) , the umbrella body of over 40 farm unions leading the farmers' agitation against the Centre's three farm laws, has called for nationwide strike -  Bharat Bandh   - on 27 September, the day their ongoing protest completes 10 months.   Several opposition parties have backed the farmers' demand for a bandh. While  Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi  has backed the bandh,  Tejashwi Yadav , the Leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Assembly, has said he will join the countrywide protest.   All government and private offices, educational and other institutions, stores, factories and commercial enterprises, as well as public events and activities, will be closed across the nation from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the bandh...
