HyunChil Hong becomes Samsung's new President of Southwest Asia Headquarters

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   Samsung Electronics has announced appointment of HyunChil Hong as President of Southwest Asia Headquarters, effective immediately. In his new role based out of Gurgaon, India, Hong will lead all of Samsung Electronics’ business in South West Asia that includes India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal, as Samsung further strengthens its leadership in the region.He previously served as the President of Samsung Electronics Latin America, a sales subsidiary in Central America, for three years. Prior to that, he successfully headed Samsung Electronics’ sales subsidiaries in Chile. The total capacity of the Bhubaneswar facility with the addition of new building will be 1,111 seats. Shri Naveen Patnaik, Chief Minister of Odisha, inaugurated the facility at a glittering function in the presence of various cabinet ministers and dignitaries from the state and leadership team from Tech Mahindra. Lenovo intros The December Do Challenge scheme for T3 partners

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   Lenovo has announced The December Do Challenge - a promotion for its T3 channel partners across India. This reward-based scheme has been launched to incentivize and reward the partner community for their significant contribution to Lenovo’s business. The target slabs range from 5 to 120 units of Lenovo Consumer Notebooks and/or Lenovo Consumer Desktops during the program period. The program will be valid for purchases from 1st December 2014 to 31st   December 2014 (both days included). This will be valid only for purchases made by LES Lite, LPP (Lenovo Preferred Partner) and T3 partners from Lenovo Authorized Regional distributors during the program period.
