Meizu unveils PRO 7 and PRO 7 Plus, with dual Screens and cameras

China based Smartphone manufacturer Meizu has announced the launch of its two new devices, PRO 7 and PRO 7 Plus offering dual screens and dual cameras.  Talking about the features, both the devices features AMOLED rear display, the dual rear cameras of both devices come equipped with 12-megapixel Sony IMX386 sensors. The front camera of phones has been upgraded to a 16-megapixel sensor. The four-in-one algorithm of the camera is activated automatically in dark environments, enabling quality pictures even in lowlight environment.  While, The PRO 7 equipped with the Helio P25 processor and 5.2-inch screen display, on other hand the PRO 7 Plus runs on the 10nm Helio X30 processor and features a 5.7-inch screen display. mjunction to build a platform for e-bidding for Directorate General of Hydrocarbons

mjunction services limited has been appointed by the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH) to build a platform for them to enable e-bidding, e-evaluation of bids, and e-allocation of oil & gas fields. Q2 2017 sees LTE handsets crossing 150 million units in India

According to the latest research from Counterpoint’s Market Monitor service, LTE installed base of handsets has crossed 150 million units, only behind China and the USA now and is estimated to surpass the latter in the next one year. In terms of performance during the quarter, smartphone shipments in India grew by modest 4 per cent YoY in Q2 2017. Like China, the top five brands contributed to almost 70 per cent of the total smartphone market. Snapdeal accepts Flipkart’s $900-million takeover offer

Snapdeal’s board has approved its competitor Flipkart’s revised takeover offer of up to $900 million. The announcement of approval has also brings to an end the long-delayed merger talks that began almost a year ago with Snapdeal sending feelers to Flipkart.  According to the reports, The Snapdeal board will now consult other shareholders, and the deal is likely to formally conclude early next month.  Snapdeal, which posed a challenge to Flipkart’s leadership in its prime, began losing traction after Amazon doubled down on its India expansion plans. Apple to soon start 3 new manufacturing facilities in US: President Trump

President Donald Trump in an announcement has revealed that Apple is apparently planning to build three manufacturing plants in the US in a partnership with Foxconn or some other assembly company. Apple Chief Executive Tim Cook has supposedly promised the president "three big plants - big, big, big," Trump said in a recent news Interview. Apple however declined to comment on the matter. There has been no information on where the plants will be set up or what they will manufacture. But considering that Apple hands off its assembly responsibilities to third parties, and the fact that Foxconn may announce its plans to bring plants to the U.S. as early as this week, it's likely that Apple's plans are in partnership....
