Globetek Infoway, an IT solution company from Kolkata is said to be buying 24online, the enterprise line of products of Sterlite Technologies, for an undisclosed amount. Since it is still in the early stages of development, no further information has been received so far about the deal. Sterlite Technologies' Telecom Software Division – Elitecore is a global IT product and service provider. Elitecore’s enterprise line of business offers 24online Service Management System (SMS) and 24online Hospitality Internet Access (HIA) catering to ISP and Hospitality segments.
