MS Dhoni, Anand Mahindra join the 15-member Defence Ministry Panel on NCC:  After appointed as the mentor of the Indian Cricket Team for T-20 world cup,   MS Dhoni   has been included in a 15-member committee of reviewing and reinforcing the   National Cadet Corps (NCC)   along-with industrialist   Anand Mahindra, chairman of Mahindra and Mahindra .   The former Indian captain has been honored with the designation of Lieutenant Colonel in the  Indian Army .   The committee, lead by former legislator Baijayant Panda also includes Col.
