Iomega announces Network Storage Support Services

With the launch of the "Toll Free" customer service facility, Iomega NAS customers can call free of charge and avail the technical support and customer service facilities over the phone. Iomega will station professional engineers in India for the telephone support. Customers will also have the option to acquire 24x7 telephone support. Iomega will have resources stationed across 21 cities in India to provide customers onsite support for installation and implementation of products and services.
