McAfee reveals Q2 2012 Threats Report

McAfee Labs detected a 1.5 million increase in malware since Q12012 and identified new threats such as mobile “drive-by downloads”, the use of Twitter for control of mobile botnets, and the appearance of mobile "ransomware".... more

HDS supports Windows Server 2012

Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform (VSP), Hitachi Unified Storage (HUS), and Hitachi Compute Blade are now fully certified with full support for the Windows Server 2012 operating system. Nokia smartphones on Windows 8 platform

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   Nokia  has launched its new Lumia series, viz. Lumia 920 and Lumia 820, as part of their strategy to penetrate markets in China, India and South America. It is believed to be the company's first smartphone launch, using Windows 8 software in a joint event with Microsoft.  Steve Balmer, CEO,  Microsoft , said, "The launch is an 'important milestone' in the tie-up between the two companies."
