Symantec Reveals Indian SMBs Reports Rogue Cloud Issues

According to the survey Indian organizations are widely migrating to the cloud to gain competitive advantages around speed, agility and flexibility. Enterprises and SMBs are experiencing escalating costs tied to complex backup and recovery, and inefficient cloud storage as per another finding from the survey. Anand Naik, Managing Director-Sales, India & SAARC, Symantec said, “ For Indian businesses cloud computing means reduced CapEx, more predictable OpEx, easier management, enhanced scalability and better disaster preparedness. VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE BT has opened a new Global Shared Service facility in Kuala Lumpur in partnership with Malaysia’s Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC). With the establishment of the new facility in Malaysia, BT has aimed to create 600-800 high-income and high-value jobs such as software developers, quality-assurance managers, technical leads, project managers and other support functions in Malaysia over the next three years.BT also hopes to attract new talent to Malaysia and create a digital economy driven by a knowledgeable workforce.
