VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   Information Technology Association of Orissa (ITAO) is all set to kick-start its annual IT Expo from 5th November to 19th November, 2014 at the Exhibition Ground, Bhubaneshwar . This four-day event will present Odisha as the future IT hub. This year ITAO is expecting a footfall of more than one lakh visitors from eastern part of India.  This occasion will provide a unique platform for both the Manufacturers and the Distributors to interact with more than five hundred dealers as privileged invitees from all over Odisha for mutual benefits. Their presence at the venue would add great significance towards the awareness and growth of future business. VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE ITAO has announced a lively inauguration of IT EXPO 2011 on 17th Dec. evening. Hon'ble Chief Secretary, Govt of Odisha, Sj. Bijay Kumar Patnaik, IAS was the Chief Guest of the occasion. Sj. P.K.Jena, IAS, IT Secretary, Dept. of IT, Govt. of Odisha as Guest of Honour, Sj Amar Babu, MD Lenovo as Guest of Honour. Hari Balasubramanian, President of COMPASS & CIITA was Keynote Speaker. In his speech, the President ITAO has imparted his idea for a computer awareness programme for all panchayat level people to get the benefit of Govt. Programmes. Manoj Lalani, Coordinator gave ITAO's objects to take IT industry involvement in Odisha's IT development. Ramesh Chandra Majhi will be the chief guest of the occasion, whereas, The guest of honours will be Chief Secretary Sj. Bijay Kumar Patnaik, IAS; Sj. Pradeep Kumar Jena, IAS, Commissioner-Cum-Secretary Dept. and Amar Babu Managing Director, Lenovo. VARINDIA is an Event Media Partner for the event. ITAO has elected its new office-bearers in Bhubaneswar on 26th January, 2011. While Manoj Patra, Info World, has been elected as its new President, Sukant Mohanty, Linker is the new Vice-President of the Association. Dayananda Ratho, Cyber Software & Services, has been unanimously elected as the new Secretary and Sunil Panda, System World, as the new Treasurer. The Meeting was attended by many members and they all appreciated the work done by the outgoing team and desired more new and better things to be carried out by the present team. The new team got into action immediately with the forming of its Executive Board belonging to all sectors - old and new - and held their first Executive Board meeting on 5th February, 2011.
