ASUS unveils ZENBOOK UX31

VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE ASUS Technology has unveiled ZENBOOK available in 11.6-inch and 13.3-inch varieties. It utilizes ASUS' Super Hybrid Engine II technology, which conserves battery life and allows the ZENBOOK to have up to 25 percent more battery life than other Ultrabook designs. The ZENBOOK features Intel second-generation Core processors (optimized for mobile use), SATA Revision 3.0 solid state storage of 256GB (SSD), Bluetooth V4.0 and USB 3.0. ASUS has also added USB charger and technology, which uses the powered USB 3.0 port to recharge portable device pretty fast. Nokia Siemens plans to cut 2,000 jobs in India

The company had last week claimed that it intends to cut 17,000 jobs globally. These planned reductions are expected to be driven by aligning the company's workforce with its new strategy as well as through a range of productivity and efficiency measures.
