HP to accelerate enterprise IT services with new solutions
To automate the complete life cycle of IT services and increase the overall value for the business, HP(NYSE:HPQ) has announced to introduce the next generation of its data center automation, orchestration and cloud management software. The integrated portfolio of software and services will enable the enterprise IT to deliver services on a large scale via cloud to meet the changing needs of the enterprises.

Andy Smith, Vice President, Application Hosting Services, McKesson said, "HP cloud and automation software enabled us to improve our IT operations by automating routine, repetitive tasks prone to human error, encouraging our employees to focus on innovative IT services."

The cloud and automation software portfolio includes HP Operations Orchestration (OO) 10, Server Automation (SA) 10, Database and Middleware Automation (DMA) 10 and Cloud Service Automation 3.2 software. HP OO 10 is designed to reduce the time to build and deploy business processes as well as break the barrier with enterprise grade automation.

The HP SA 10 enterprise-grade server life cycle management platform allows IT to manage more than 100,000 physical and virtual servers from a single pane of glass to eliminate management complexity.

HP DMA 10 software automates up to 60 percent of the manual, repetitive administrative tasks associated with database management. For managing enterprise-grade application and heterogeneous infrastructure cloud services, HP has developed the Cloud Service Automation 3.2.

HP OO 10 is priced per orchestrated node. HP SA 10, HP DMA 10 and HP Cloud Service Automation 3.2 are priced per operating system instance......See More
