NCR appoints MD for Channel Business in Emerging Markets
VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE NCR Corporation has announced Yiannos Papadopoulos as managing director for NCR channel sales in Emerging Markets Group, which comprises Brazil, India, China and Middle East/Africa. Yiannos will be based in Beijing, China, reporting to Stelios Fragkos, region vice president Emerging Markets Group, and David Wilkinson, vice president global channel sales and he will focus on growing NCR's indirect channel business in these markets, as well as expanding partnership business through distributor and reseller organizations. During his 13 years with NCR, Yiannos has shown high achievements and has grown fairly quickly in his role. He has held roles of increasing responsibility, including solution director for retail in Middle East and Africa, general manager for NCR South Africa and channels managing director for Middle East and Africa region.
