VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE   IBM  has announced that VRL Media Ltd. has adopted IBM’s Integrated Managed Services (iMS), an IT solution to operate their newspaper, “Vijayvani”, from ten different locations.
