Telenor aims to make Internet safer for children

In regard to the growing usage of internet by urban children below 18 years of age, Telenor has organized # SafeInternetForum 2016   by calling on teachers, parents, government, cybersecurity experts , NGOs and private partners for responsible use of internet and strengthen the defences for a safer internet experience for children. Lava has launched the V5, its latest offering in the high-end smartphone series with a great camera experience. V5 is equipped with advanced hardware such as Samsung 3M2 ISOCELL sensor and superior software features such as PDAF (phase-detection auto-focus). The PDAF feature helps the camera focus on faster-moving objects more accurately enabling consumers to capture perfect shots. The list of 20 smart cities out of the 98 shortlisted for the ‘Smart Cities Mission’ was released today afternoon. These 20 cities will be the first to receive funds, thus kick-starting the process of developing them into ‘smart cities’. Shortlisting of the smart cities is a culmination of intense efforts from the government and multiple stakeholders.
