MSI HD 7870 Hawk sets World Records 
The popular MSI HD 7870 Hawk, which based on the same design principles as world's fastest graphics card series "Lightning", has now set multiple world overclocking records. Utilizing MSI's exclusive "Unlocked Digital Power" architecture, Swedish overclocking enthusiasts crushed the opposition with a highest score of 39,788 in the 3DMark Vantage Performance benchmark, while Belgian overclocker Massman set new 3Dmark 11 Entry and Extreme records with scores of 14,964 and 3,305 respectively. 
The MSI HD 7870 Hawk is based on the same design principle as the MSI Lightning series and features the Unlocked Digital Power architecture consisting of Unlocked BIOS, Digital PWM chipset and an improved power supply. Unlocked BIOS allows enthusiasts to disable graphics card protection at the touch of a button to increase the CCC limit, boost PowerTune limit by 57% and remove OCP restrictions. 
The MSI HD 7870 Hawk is powered by "GPU Reactor" power supply back plate. When installed on the back of the GPU, current flow is increased by 500% and power supply noise is reduced by 20%, improving overclocking potential.

DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery.
