EAFT Technologies partners with AOL

EAFT Technologies India Private Limited has partnered with the Art of Living Foundation to offer their members a one stop solution in carrying their information with them through the Enlighten range of tablets. In two phases EAFT has delivered 5000 units of the Enlighten tab to AOL.
A simple app loaded on the indigenously built tablet lets an AOL member watch videos of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s discourses, partake in a yoga session, meditate listening to AOL bhajans or perhaps read a transcript of the latest talk or AOL book. All this has been made possible through the OEM Enterprise solution provided by EAFT Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.

Japan's Sharp to buy Toshiba PC business for $36 mln

As per the report, Sharp Corporation of Japan to buy Toshiba Corp’s personal computer business for 4 billion yen ($36 million). Sharp brand is under the control of manufacturing giant Foxconn, the world’s biggest contract manufacturer and major Apple Inc supplier, to produce PCs more cheaply – just as it was able to do in TVs. Another report also noticed by VARINDIA, Foxconn is also promoting the Sharp TV to start marketing in India, which has kick started from this year IPL(Indian Premiere League) ,with this they are marking a return to a business in India.
