New Wave of Ultrabook devices unveiled 
The next wave of ultrasleek, Ultrabook systems inspired by Intel are now available. Powered by third-Generation Intel Core processors, made with the 22nm 3-D tri-gate transistors, these new Ultrabook devices aim to protect personal information. The new chips also offer increased media, graphics performance and a long battery life.
"Similar to the introduction of Intel Centrino nearly a decade ago, this is a time of revolutionary change in personal computing. The innovation will continue in the coming years as Intel and the industry aims to raise the bar for personal computing experiences, evolving to more natural and intuitive interactions. Personal computing, as we know it today, will suddenly seem old- fashioned," said Debjani Ghosh, Managing Director, Sales & Marketing Group, Intel South Asia.
Additionally, all third-Generation Intel Core processor-based Ultrabook devices have Intel Identity Protection technology built in to help keep users' identities safe. With this technology, a payments processor, a bank, an online merchant, a social media site or a gaming site can establish a relationship with the Ultrabook user and reduce the chance that imposters are using their identities on enabled websites and social networks.

DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery. The favourable impact of M2M on job creation had already set in as seen by the arrival of the first set of start-ups in the areas such as agriculture, smart cities, healthcare and water management.” She stressed that NTP 2018 would be transformative in harnessing the full benefits of M2M communications.
