TÜV Rheinland (India) Pvt Ltd. has adopted A. Thimmaiah Reddy School in Hosur Road, Bangalore, as a part of its ongoing CSR activities. The Government of Karnataka has accorded permission to TUV Rheinland India to adopt the school and to contribute to the overall development of the school by providing, within a span of 5 years, infrastructure development in the school.
Enrico Ruhle, MD, TUV Rheinland India, said, “The Rest Rooms for female students has already been taken up and shall be completed by mid May 2012. Drinking water filter has also been provided to the school. We would also be donating books to the School’s library and some of our colleagues would also be interested in spending their leisure time on Saturdays to educate the children in domains they are familiar with. We would also undertake painting of the school premises in a phased manner”.
