USB Power Sensors introduced 
Agilent Technologies Inc. has introduced its U2020 X-series, the world’s fastest USB power sensors. These compact high-performance sensors are said to allow engineers to test devices faster and with greater efficiency and accuracy with the peak and average power measurement capabilities of a power meter.

Ee Huei Sin, VP, Basic Instruments Division, Agilent said, “The Agilent U2020 X-series marks a significant breakthrough with the fastest measurement speed in a USB power sensor. These compact and high-performance USB sensors help users meet the growing test challenges they face each day while offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional bench solutions.”

Japan's Sharp to buy Toshiba PC business for $36 mln

As per the report, Sharp Corporation of Japan to buy Toshiba Corp’s personal computer business for 4 billion yen ($36 million). Sharp brand is under the control of manufacturing giant Foxconn, the world’s biggest contract manufacturer and major Apple Inc supplier, to produce PCs more cheaply – just as it was able to do in TVs. Another report also noticed by VARINDIA, Foxconn is also promoting the Sharp TV to start marketing in India, which has kick started from this year IPL(Indian Premiere League) ,with this they are marking a return to a business in India. Earlier Sharp was a known brand in terms of technology but it’s position become negligible with the fastest technology and pricing structure of SAMSUNG, LG and Sony.
