Nokia Lumia 610 launched
Nokia has launched its Lumia 610, extending the Nokia Lumia range to an all-new price point. Designed as the perfect introduction to Windows Phone for a youthful audience, it comes in a vibrant array of four colours - white, black, cyan and magenta. With a distinctive profile and finely beveled metallic edges, the Nokia Lumia 610 is built to convey both quality and aspiration.
Vipul Mehrotra, Director - Smart Devices, Nokia India, said, "The Nokia Lumia 610 will introduce Windows Phone to a new generation of smartphone users, offering something very different to the monochromatic smartphones filling shelves today. It is designed to appeal to a more youthful audience purchasing their first smartphone and motivated by the opportunity to keep in touch with friends, family and all the latest information. It is an offering that competes strongly on quality against other smartphones at its price point and still provides access to 100,000 applications, Xbox Live, Nokia Music, Nokia Drive and Nokia Maps. Plus, people can download Nokia Public Transport, as with any Lumia. It showcases our commitment to creating a robust lineup of devices on the Windows Phone platform that caters to all."
Nokia also unveiled the eagerly awaited The Dark Knight Rises campaign for Nokia Lumia, as part of its exclusive global partnership with Warner Brothers around one of the biggest movies of the year.
Speaking on Nokia's association with The Dark Knight Rises, Vipul added, "A truly global initiative, the Nokia Lumia Dark Knight Rises campaign is an exciting new initiative for our Lumia consumers, that will recreate the movie’s unique experience, right on the consumer's devices."
The initiative will be supported by a full 360-degree marketing campaign.
