ADATA Technology is strengthening its post sales services in India. In its bid to enhance its strategy for India market, ADATA will now provide immediate table top replacement on Pen Drives and Memory cards in the 4 metros i.e. Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai through its authorized service provider. With this ADATA will provide its highest quality of assistance and support to its end-customers in India.

Ltd., said, “Post sales services is one of the key ingredients for establishing the brand in any geography and this one of few steps that we are taking this year to increase our presence in India. While ADATA already has world class products, we are now looking at enhancing the overall customer experience by offering exceptional service support.”
Chang said, “Providing table-top replacement involves good amount of investments in terms of logistics and an effective mechanism at the desk to detect a problem, validate the authenticity of product and give an immediate replacement to the customer. ADATA India team had been working on the same in the last couple of months on the same and has been rolling out this slowly in phases. We plan to add 10 more cities by the year-end”.
