Eaton launches 9E UPS

Eaton Corporation has launched Eaton 9E uninterruptible power system (UPS), a highly-efficient backup power device designed specifically for mission-critical applications.

The 9E's sleek, compact footprint tower configuration is believed to deliver superior power protection for expanding loads in mission-critical applications while operating at up to 98-per cent efficiency, making it the most efficient UPS in its class. Addressing the current growing energy management and efficiency concerns, the 9E’s physical footprint is up to 35 per cent smaller than competing models, which allows better space utilization for revenue-producing equipment and materials, in turn, saving costs to build, protect, insure, heat and cool the small-to-medium-sized data centers as well as applications for healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunication and banking.
