Fujitsu rules Virtualization World
According to the new benchmark published confirms that Fujitsu rules the virtualization world in high-performance four-socket servers. Fujitsu retains the crown as the number one performer in the four-processor match pair class of the server independent VMmark benchmark with fresh results from the PRIMERGY RX500 S7. The latest results extend Fujitsu’s dominance of VMmark results for four-socket servers in a matched pair configuration, with PRIMERGY even outperforming HP’s recently-published result for its ProLiant DL560 Gen8 server.
The new result underlines that customers can depend on Fujitsu PRIMERGY servers, including the recently-introduced PRIMERGY RX500 S7 rack model for top performance for virtualization and cloud platforms. The new VMmark record was set by coupling the PRIMERGY server with Fujitsu’s proven ETERNUS DX storage system.
