Nexans organizes CSP Training Programme 
Nexans has announced that they conducted a successful three-day intensive Certified Solution Partner (CSP) Training programme for their partners in Bangalore. Participants who successfully completed this training programme were certified "Nexans Cabling Solutions Supervisor". Alain Geypens, Training Manager from Nexans Belgium conducted the training programme by sharing his global experiences, case studies and holding demonstrations for partners attending the programme.
Chintak Dalal, Country Manager, Nexans Cabling Solutions, said, "Nexans believes in offering only the best quality cables to our customers. We also want to ensure that our customers get the best service and installation support from our partners and hence we hold regular training programmes for our channel. The transmission quality of a cabling installation depends on the cabling system used as well as on the installation itself. Our CSP training programme is very intensive and is held over three days where our global technology experts give hands-on training to our partners on the features and benefits of our products, installation rules and guidelines, installation practice and testing and post-implementation support. Partners who complete this programme are well equipped to handle large complex projects with ease."

DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery. The favourable impact of M2M on job creation had already set in as seen by the arrival of the first set of start-ups in the areas such as agriculture, smart cities, healthcare and water management.” She stressed that NTP 2018 would be transformative in harnessing the full benefits of M2M communications.
