Aricent Group Appoints Frank Kern 
The Aricent Group has announced the appointment of Frank Kern, who has previously worked with IBM, as Chief Executive Officer. He will succeed current CEO Sudip Nandy, who will be transitioning to a new role as the Aricent Group's Chairman of India and will be based in Bangalore, India.
