Is Apple buying Android-based iPhone brand? 
A surprising revelation has surfaced the tech terrain. According to the recent report,Apple(NYSE) may have to pay a Brazilian company for the right to use the iPhone brand in Latin America's biggest country.
It is reportedly said that Brazil's Gradiente SA started selling Android smartphones with the iPhone brand last week after winning the legal right to use the name in Brazil.

Japan's Sharp to buy Toshiba PC business for $36 mln

As per the report, Sharp Corporation of Japan to buy Toshiba Corp’s personal computer business for 4 billion yen ($36 million). Sharp brand is under the control of manufacturing giant Foxconn, the world’s biggest contract manufacturer and major Apple Inc supplier, to produce PCs more cheaply – just as it was able to do in TVs. Another report also noticed by VARINDIA, Foxconn is also promoting the Sharp TV to start marketing in India, which has kick started from this year IPL(Indian Premiere League) ,with this they are marking a return to a business in India. Earlier Sharp was a known brand in terms of technology but it’s position become negligible with the fastest technology and pricing structure of SAMSUNG, LG and Sony.
