Mahindra Satyam announces Management Changes 
Mahindra Satyam has announced their intent to pursue rapid growth from Australia, New Zealand (ANZ) and the Middle East markets under the newly-formed Leadership Team, comprising industry veterans with proven track record in business expansion, large deal pursuit and strategic collaboration.
Aligned with the concept of the recently declared concept - “The CEO Force” (a leadership development framework to foster distributed leadership), the Management has entrusted the baton to two of the most experienced IT industry professionals, to nurture, grow and manage these two regions. Bobby Gupta will take over as Head of ANZ operations after successfully transforming the MENA operations and build a world-class team and capabilities. His dynamic leadership a MENA resulted in a series of new logo wins, big deals, and opening up of new geographical markets. Bobby had studied and worked in Australia for several years and joined Mahindra Satyam from IBM in 2009. In his new role at ANZ, he will be tasked with building on one-of-the largest English-speaking markets for Mahindra Satyam which has substantive presence.
In his previous role, G. B. Kumar led Asia-Pacific, Japan and China as Managing Director for Enterprise Services for Cisco Systems. In this new role, he will be responsible to grow the company’s revenues.
